Blair has been involved in the wellness industry for over 10 years.  She holds a Master’s degree in Education with emphasis on motivation and behavior psychology.  She is a pilates instructor, certified Wellcoach™, certified Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle coach and the founder of Wellnessgal.com.  Her approach to wellness is innovative and fun influenced by her work in experiential education.  She conducts interactive workshops and seminars to help motivate people to think differently about their health and create lifestyle changes for the long term.  Her innovative approach to wellness includes Equi-Yo™ a yoga on horseback program to increase flexibility and connect with nature!
